Day 1: Welcome to Boston
The “Cradle of American Liberty,” Boston, welcomes you! Arrive at the hotel in the evening for a casual welcome with your group and tour guide. In the interim, take some time to explore Boston’s streets like a resident and get ready for our amazing journey!
Day 2: Tour of Boston, Kennebunkport, Cape Neddick Lighthouse, and Portland
From Boston, travel north and see some of the best beaches on the East Coast as well as historical sites representing centuries of history. We travel via Portsmouth, the oldest settlement in New Hampshire, en route to Cape Neddick. The town, which was formerly a bustling fishing village, is also the location of several historic structures. Stop at the Cape Neddick Lighthouse, often known as “the Nubble,” which is located on a small rocky island off the coast and is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the country. Next, we travel to Kennebunkport, a charming seaside town that has been voted the “place to be all year” and is home to several well-known American politicians, including former presidents, who prefer spending their summers there. Going to Portland, Maine, now! Portland is the ideal location to savor some delicate seafood while taking in the views of the coast’s lighthouses and fresh ocean air. In the afternoon, feel free to wander Portland, stroll the Old Port’s cobblestone streets, and don’t forget to try the world-famous Maine lobster roll!
Day 3: Traveling via Portland, Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor
Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the “Crown Jewel of the Northern Atlantic,” Acadia National Park, as you greet the morning! The coastal park is equally charming throughout the year, with breathtaking scenery and a plethora of active species. After traveling through colorful and idyllic fishing communities, we reach Bar Harbor. A town of calm beauty on the coast, seashore community, Downeast culture, and fresh Maine lobsters foster the world-famous environment of Bar Harbor. You will have plenty of free time in the afternoon to explore and take in this charming village’s galleries, boutiques, stores, and restaurants.
Day 4: Visit Bar Harbor, the White Mountains of Bretton Woods, the Kancamagus Highway, and Franconia Notch State Park
We bike inland to the White Mountains, sometimes known as the “rooftop of New England”! Travel the picturesque Kancamagus Highway through verdant, picture-perfect forests to Franconia Notch, a pass that winds between two mountain ranges and is renowned for its breathtaking scenery. The breathtaking panorama of Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch State Park will greet us. This breathtakingly large natural valley in New Hampshire stretches more than 250 meters at the foot of Mount Liberty.
Day 5: Indulge in the White Mountains
New Hampshire’s White Mountains are a magical place to explore, get away from it all, and make lifelong memories. Enjoy towering peaks, breathtaking landscape that is unmatched in the Northeast, magnificent waterfalls, and tax-free shopping! Here, we will also go to a nearby maple farm to learn the making of the well-known 100% pure maple syrup! The best maple syrup necessitates a fusion of cutting-edge technology and tradition!
Day 6: Take in the White Mountains of Bretton Woods, Newport
We head from New Hampshire to Rhode Island, sometimes known as the “Ocean State,” where we are accompanied by verdant forests! Arrive in Newport, taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and its stunning coastal architecture along the way. Known as the Sailing Capital of the World, visit the well-known town at your leisure and stroll the Cliff Walk at your leisure to take in the breathtaking scenery. The magnificent vacation homes of well-known socialite dynasties like the Astor and Vanderbilt families are located here as well, and they are known as the Gilded Mansions. If you’re interested, you can stop over to get a peek of the opulent way of life.
Day 7: Travel from Newport to Cape Cod
We make the move from the grandeur of Newport to the peace and quiet of Cape Cod! Tall sand dunes, endless horizons, captivating natural boulders, and a gentle ocean wind can all be found on these beaches. This is a well-liked beachcombing location where you can enjoy the creative vibes while searching the shoreline for the most unusual and beautiful pebbles and shells.
Day 8: Enjoy your time in Cape Cod
You have the day to spend how you like. Explore Cape Cod’s natural beauty in further detail or take a day off to rejuvenate yourself. The guide leading your tour will be pleased to offer advice and support. For an optional adventure, consider taking a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard to discover more about its distinct character and history. As an alternative, you can travel to Provincetown, a New England sanctuary situated 60 miles off the mainland and home to some of the most stunning beaches. Enjoy a brief look at President John F. Kennedy’s life and legacy in New England.
Day 9: Make your way to Plymouth, Boston, from Cape Cod
Visit Plymouth, the original English colonist settlement in New England, first thing in the morning. Don’t miss the opportunity to see Plymouth Rock, the site of the Pilgrims’ historic landing in 1620 following a ten-week sea voyage from England! The location is filled with historical relics from the Freedom Trail, including strolling beside Boston Common, King’s Chapel, the scene of the Boston Massacre, and the taverns and pubs where the founding fathers celebrated their independence! Explore the town at your leisure, try the famous clam chowder, and take a trip through Quincy Market, which was established in 1826 and is now home to a variety of boutiques, stores, cafes, and eateries.
Day 10: Boston is the trip's finale
We bid goodbye to our new friends and check out of the hotel around 11am, and thus our adventure comes to an end in Boston.
